Our domain www.felix-entertainment.com is one of countless victims of Microsoft and other Internet domains that adopted a flawed spam filter program which blocked legitimate communication with their e-mail account holders and ruining our reputation, disrupt our potential customers, blocking access to our loved ones and robbed our rights of speech under the US First Amendment.
Extract from Microsoft's hotmail web site:
'False positives' occur when a legitimate requested e-mail is inadvertently blocked or placed in a bulk folder by a spam filter. The result is that consumers donít receive wanted e-mail, legitimate senders canít deliver their messages, and e-mail receivers lose the goodwill of their customers. N
